	HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE! INTIMIDATING STAFF AND SCARY INCIDENT! - HORRIFIC AND NEARLY VIOLENT EXPERIENCE I kid you not! - I have been to B&B before and always had a pleasant and uneventful experience. They are open late and they are one of the few stores that carry some of the organic foods I love. I went there last week in the morning and gave the cashier 2 fives (10.00) and she quickly snapped it up and put it in her drawer while she was talking to a man on the other side of the register and moving things around in front of her... and waited for the .28 cents that it took me about another minute to find (I don't usually have much change and I don't like to break another dollar when I don't have to) I gave her the coins and she kept saying that I didn't give her 2 fives. Started YELLING at me (literally yelling). I checked my wallet and looked in my pockets- nothing. I explained that this was not something I would lie about. I had a fifty, 2 twenties and 3 dollar bills as well as another 5. I had at least 3 fives when it began. I wouldn't leave. She then started being extremely nasty to me and saying things like 'stupid' under her breath no no and rolling her eyes. She started taking customers behind me and they were reaching around giving her money for their coffee etc. and she ACTUALLY INSINUATED TO ONE WOMAN BEHIND ME THAT SHE SHOULD SPILL HOT COFFEE ON ME AS SHE PULLED COFFEE OUT OF HER HAND DIRECTLY OVER MY SHOULDER (I AM BARELY 5 FEET TALL). I waited for the manager who was a short Asian woman, slightly overweight and in her 50's or 60's and while she was very sweet she kept saying that 'She says you didn't pay' and I wouldn't leave without my money. She kept saying she had never seen me there before and angrily snapping at me and repeatedly slamming things down in annoyance. She scared away at least one customer but, most seemed to be unfazed by the event and I don't remember seeing her before either but, I have been there several times. I then asked the manager for a camera over the register and she said they no longer had a camera over the register and they had moved it to the back. The cashier (a taller Asian woman with a large black mole on her face) kept saying nasty things.... anyhow, they stole $10.00 from me! I don't think the cashier meant to steal it- I think she was just doing everything so quickly that she forgot that I had given her the money as she was distracted and moving EXTREMELY fast. Terrible customer service and the cashier had the nastiest attitude and was the worst cashier / store worker I have ever dealt with in my life (I will be 31 this year) ABUSIVE, NASTY, BRASH AND HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. I would stay away and they've lost a good customer. AVOID GOING HERE! THERE ARE PLENTY OF GOURMET MINI SUPERMARKETS STORES AND FLOWER SHOPS IN THE AREA THAT ARE OPEN LATE. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! This is the first and only time I have ever written a review like this for any store I have ever been to.
