	Friendliness, Cleanliness, and Free Samples - Caffe Noi is one of the standout cafes on the Upper East Side. The atmosphere is modern chic, with a silver tiled wall and modern tables and chairs. The cafe is a clean freak's dream; the spotless glass display cases exemplify the cafe's commitment to cleanliness. And the service is just as bright as the atmosphere. Expect patience, offers of free samples, and for your goodies to be served to you at your table. The cappuccino could be creamier, but it has a delicious, authentic flavor. In addition to a variety of sandwiches, burekas, soups, and salads, Italian pastry items and gelato are on the menu. Perhaps Cafe Noi's only fault is that it lacks a bathroom. Customers needing to use the facilities are sent next door to Pick A Bagel. However, the free WiFi is a redeeming factor.
