With at least 2-3 years of accounting knowledge, this is am entry level position. *Bookkeeping responsibilities include in QuickBooks and related duties including *Complete all Accounts Payable tasks including entering and paying vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner. * Monitor, and analyze customer activities on a daily basis * Complete all Accounts Receivable tasks including following up with client payments and tracking unpaid balances *Run bi-weekly payrolls and make sure all taxes are paid out accordingly and in a timely manner. * Bank Reconciliation, Month and Year End Closing, GL Posting, Tracking Credit Card purchases and Incoming/Outgoing daily wires. *Process and Submit Quarterly Sales Tax reports * Work closely with our Project Executive and Project Manager on current projects *Administrative Responsibilities include but not limited to: *Answer telephones and route calls to appropriate individuals, copying, faxing, scanning, filing, set up for meetings and periodic lunch meetings, Order office supplies. Tidy office after meetings, sign for and receive FedEx and ups packages, make reservations for meals, make periodic travel plans like air, hotel or car rental and running basic errands. *Implanting office procedures that will help the office run more smoothly. *Contact management -- Must poses strong knowledge and abilities to organize all clients, suppliers and other company contacts in a system that does not allow us to forget about anyone. *Corresponding with China office- with the 12 hour time difference, some communication will be done at night. Full- time and Part-time: Hourly Shifts: AM shift: 8:30-2:30 PM shift: 2:30- 8:30 Key responsibility: • Greet and welcome customers in a timely , professional manner • Engage and assist all customers in the retail environment • Initiate service by asking open-ended questions to learn customer's needs • Inform customers about our product's features • Communicate clearly with customers, team members and management • Provide confident feedback to customers regarding products • Maintain accurate client book Additional Responsibilities: • Maintain on-brand store environment: active merchandising, store and facility cleanliness • Maintain accurate cash drawer and transaction records using POS system • Work as a team player • Perform daily store maintenance tasks including stock work, loading and unloading shipment • Multi-task and be present to work • Adhere to company dress code Job Qualifications: • Min two years retail environment experience • Artistic flair • Reliable, self motivated and have attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Must have patience and stress tolerance • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment • Ability to quick learn new procedures and processes • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
