	Preppy Pieces A Bit Disappointing in Person - KEP designs was launched when owner Kelley crafted her own necklace to wear to a wedding and received so many compliments on it that she decided to start her own jewelry business. KEP designs add preppy punches to an outfit, with necklaces composed of chunky, colorful stones and brightly colored earrings and cuffs. The designs range from $40 for a small pair of costume jewelry earrings to $2800 for a chunky precious Peruvian opal necklace. Unfortunately many of the materials from which the pieces are made look cheaper in person than on the website. The knock-off Alhambra jewelry is just one example of this. This is the only store location for KEP Designs, and the collection is small. If you're searching for jewelry for your bridal party, KEP offers custom designs from $60 to $300.
