Learning for Life provides professional academic tutoring to children ages Pre-K to 18. We help students at all levels in a variety of subject areas. We also accomodate students with learning or behavioral difficulties. Students work one-on-one with a learning specialist to improve and boost skills in the areas such as Reading, Language Arts, Writing, Math and Test Preparation.First, students are given an initial assessment to pinpoint their strengths and weaknesses. Next, our teachers design a curriculum and choose appropriate materials to address those areas that need the most work. Finally, we develop a schedule that works for you. Students come 1-2 hours at a time, 1-3 days a week. Cost is based on the length of the session and a number of sessions per week.
We also welcome the opportunity to meet with parents and anyone else involved in the student's education to provide constant feedback about his or her progress. With high goals and focused, engaging activities, we achieve excellent results!

The road to test success is consistent, concentrated, one-on-one practice with an experienced teacher. At Learning for Life, students learn how to capitalize on their particular learning styles and also how to utilize the most current and effective test-taking strategies. We also help students overcome any test anxieties they may have.
Special for Pre-School Kids
Learning for Life offers a special program for children ages three to five, designed to boost Pre-Reading verbal and Pre-Math performance tasks. We use plenty of games and toys, so children have fun while they are learning the most important pre-requisite skills for academic success. Learning for Life pre-school students grow in confidence, focus, attention, and a love for learning. |
