The best Local's Place on the Upper East Side. ( - merchant274205 rates it 10 out of 10) - Lived in Manhattan for 15 years, been everywhere. If you are a neighborhood type, it just doesn't get any better than this place.
They've defined and refined the KISS rule (Keep it simple stupid) for restaurants.
