New York Yoga at E 85th Street

	New York Yoga's "Hot" Studio - The temperature in this yoga class is kept at 105 degrees with regulated humidity so be prepared to sweat! The theory is that it makes it easier to relax and helps detoxify the body. Although people swear by it, as a regular yoga practitioner, I find the heat distracting from the beauty and relaxation of the practice.
