- If you've ever been to Tal Bagels, you know that their bagels are excellent. Food is fresh and warm, great selection. However, skip this "express" version of Tal Bagels and go to the real deal on 86th Street. The employees at this location are by far the "B team" of the other location.
On two separate occasions now, I've asked for "muenster" cheese on my bagel with tuna. Instead, I've gotten "mustard" on my bagel with tuna. Aside from being incompetent, the staff is slow as anything. The place has just been redone, so its a pleasure to sit outside in warmer weather and eat the bagels....as long as they get your order right.
