Each client is assigned one of eight personal trainers who provides a customized workout that includes instruction in the gym and at home using a variety of eastern and western workout techniques and regimens. In addition to targeting traditional aspirations of weight loss and fitness, instructors use yoga, meditation, acupuncture, and massage to optimize sleep and reduce stress.
