- A fantastic Thai restaurant! The décor is beautiful, dimly lit and great for a date. You feel like you are in an upscale restaurant that would normally cost you a fortune but the prices are extremely inexpensive. Try the Satay sampler and the Pad Thai that comes with your choice of meats, both delicious feel-good foods. The creamy Thai iced tea comes served in what seems like a small honey pot. The downside is that the tables are pushed so close together that it is almost impossible not to hear your neighbor’s conversations. The portions are very generous and I ended up taking half of my meal to go, which was excellent for lunch the next day! I highly recommend this little Upper East Side gem.
