- This UES outpost of the famed Coney Island pizzeria serves up thin crust coal oven pizzas, standard Italian appetizers, salads, and pastas. The oldest continuously operating pizzeria in the U.S. run by the same family, Totonno’s regularly appears on the list of Best Pizza in New York. Totonno’s fresh mozzarella is some of the freshest around. Enjoy the casual atmosphere and watch the pies be lifted out of the coal ovens. Pizzas without toppings cost $20 and each additional topping added to a whole pizza is $5 or more. This is one of the few pizza spots around where you can get ham and pineapple on your pizza. Totonno’s also makes its own fresh homemade ice cream on the premises. And don’t forget about delivery!
