	Check the Calorie and Fat Count at this "health" food joint - Calista markets itself as a healthy alternative to fast food "without all the calories and fat of typical fast food, however an examination of Calista's nutrition information reveals otherwise. Although the menu items are composed of fresh, healthy ingredients such as proteins and vegetables, many of the items add up to the fat and calorie count of typical fast food menu items. For fat and calorie counters, a salad or entree here is the best bet: all of the salads on the menu are approximately 300 calories and under, and fat content ranges from 4-15 grams. The wraps and power plates are the most gluttonous items. I tried the thai chicken wrap and was dismayed to find that it totaled to 525 calories and 26 grams of fat, hardly a healthy choice. Of course part of the reason why this item was so calorie and fat heavy was that it was hugely proportioned. If one decided to make 2 meals out of a wrap, then perhaps the nutrition facts wouldn't seem so alarming. Unfortunately, the wrap was bland. Calista also sells burgers, sandwiches, soups, and smoothies. The service was fast and friendly, but the calm atmosphere that the owners created by the use of a minimalist green and white decor was a bit tainted by the less than spotless floors and dirty appearance of the white chairs.
