Worse salon customer care I have ever witnessed - Today Fathers day me and my daughter went to Rose nails to please ask the owner who did my daughter nails Thursday June17 horribly to please re- do them. the owner started screaming that my daughters nails were horrible short that it's been a week that she has worked in the business for a long time. Now let me tell you alittle about me i have been doing my nails for over 15 years and never came across such bad customer care. She screamed what do you want from me. I said nicely I want you to do my daughters nails over she said no Polish change my daughter stated to cry as she did not want that lady to touch her nails.and we waited about 5 minutes before we just decided to leave. The owner kept saying how awful my daughters nails were horrible and I proceeded to tell her she gets them done twice a month. She did not care she just wanted to scream and blame when she did a horrible job.I took my daughter to Jin Soon salon on east 73rd. st.
and paid them to fix her nails. Sometimes you have to take the high road but I needed to write this review cause if anyone else encounters this I understand. We paid for a service and when it's not completed properly we should get compensated not scolded and told it's our fault. Rose nails will lose alot of business if this owner attitude does not change to care for her customers.
