	Serendipity 3: Sweet Treats and Old-Fashioned Flair - This old-fashioned ice cream parlor with a tiny general store at the front was made famous by the 2001 romantic comedy of the same name. Since 1954, though, this sweet stop has been delighting customers with its ice cream concoctions. The most popular item, Frrrozen hot chocolate, was once featured as one of "Oprah's Favorite Things." Like the rest of the sinfully rich desserts here, it's large enough to be shared, but chances are you won't want to share. Enjoy gorging on cakes, sundaes, even a $1,000 Golden Opulence Sundae (reservation required 48 hours in advance), while taking in the enchanting surroundings,Tiffany lamps and other curiosities, from the seat of your ice cream parlor chair. You won't go wrong with ordering brunch, lunch, or dinner here, either, but I guarantee that it's the dessert you'll remember. This is a must-stop to charm out-of-town guests and when you're craving a sweet fix late in the evening- Serendipity is open until 12 during weekdays, 1 a.m. on Friday and 2 a.m. on Saturday.
