	Charming, casual, classy Italian on the UES - Looking for a fresh, original take on the typical Italian trattoria? Craving an amazing meal? You’ll need to make a reservation a few weeks in advance, but dinner at Sfoglia will be well worth the wait. Highlights include the polenta with rock shrimp and roasted apples and the artichoke and goat cheese rotolo with lemon cream sauce but the entire meal from the crisp, fresh bread to the luscious semi-freddo is something to be savored. Great service, wonderful ambiance, and reasonable prices make it impossible to pass up.
