Norma Colón has devoted her career to bringing her passion, yoga, to others. She has taught Hatha Yoga for 27 years and has been teaching in the tradition of B.K.S. Iyengar since 1989. Seventeen years ago, she founded and incorporated Yoga Fit, now known as Yorkville Yoga, providing a full range of yoga classes and private instruction to New York City residents.
