	Chain Store Comes Up Short on Service, but Has Winning Price Points - This chain store originated in Europe and is known for carrying designer knock-offs at much friendlier price points. Some of the fabrics lack quality, but Zara is one of the best mass retail stores to find the designer look. The shoes are a particularly good buy; many of the trendy shoes look more expensive than their price tag. Service, however, can be unreliable, slow, and unfriendly.
